China has formally raised concerns with Sri Lanka over the request to delay the port call of Chinese ship ‘The Yuan Wang 5’ in Hambantota for an indefinite period following protests by India , Daily Mirror learns The Yuan Wang 5 is en route from the Chinese port of Jiangyin and due in the Chinese-run Sri Lankan port of Hambantota on Thursday, according to analytics website Marine Traffic. China raised its concerns both in Colombo and in Cambodia when Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Ali Sabry. Also , China registered its protest in Beijing.
