A young Muslim man  disguised as a Muslim woman frequenting in the Galle railway station, was arrested by Galle police last morning.  

The suspect attired in a woman’s dress aroused the suspicion of railway officials when he called over at the ticket counter to buy a ticket to Colombo.   

Railway Security officers questioned him to find that he was a man in a woman’s dress. Under interrogation he stated that his fiancee was having clandestine relations with another young man and on information that they would come to the railway station he, in a woman’s dress, was waiting to catch them red-handed.   
OIC Railway Security Service Unit CI Kodituwakku said the suspect was arrested and handed over to the Galle police for further action.
