The CMA Sri Lanka Toastmasters Club conducted its second speech craft programmeme sponsored by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA).
Thirty members, passed finalists and final year students attended the programme over a period of 10 weeks. The speech craft programme enabled budding CMA Management Accountants with skills of communication.
Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala together with Council Members of CMA are committed to enrich and enhance the knowledge and soft skill development of its members, passed finalists and final year students enabling them to develop their leadership skills and achieve career progression in the corporate world. This programme created tremendous interest to the participants who successfully engaged in the 10-week programme with much enthusiasm.
The Final Award Ceremony of the Monday batch was successfully concluded at the CMA Auditorium recently. The chief guest Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala expressed his congratulations to the participants for their amazing performance. The certificates were presented by Prof. Watawala and Council Member Adrian Perera and Area Director A2Sarmaa Mahalingam.
CMA Sri Lanka Toastmasters Club President Chandana Samaraweera, VP Education Achala Perera and the Club members were present.
The awards ceremony was conducted by Course Director Toast Master Dian Abeyewardene.
The next batch of the speech craft programme will commence shortly for members, passed finalists and final year students of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants following the footsteps of the successful batches of participants.
