The one-day workshop on supervisory skills to succeed in achieving teamwork, organized by the JASTECA Institute of Management is designed to provide the participants with techniques and skills to enhance their effectiveness as supervisors.Supervisory skills training are imperative because becoming a supervisor or manager demands new skills, one must learn how to lead and accomplish tasks through others.
