PwC’s Academy introduces C-Suite Executives to world-class leadership programme

Synonymous for offering some of the most highly reputed executive education programmes in the country, PwC’s Academy Sri Lanka recently introduced C-Suite Executives to a world-class leadership and strategy programme aimed at helping leaders move away from traditional approaches and bridge the disparity between leadership and isolation. 
The three-day ‘The Power of Leadership’ programme was the first of its kind to be held in the country, which helped senior executives understand the importance of creating a positive impact through conversations, actions and behaviours by incorporating the important modules of leadership and strategy, to address conventional issues leadership positions bring in today’s complex and challenging 
corporate world. 
The programme held recently in Colombo was conducted by Prof. Sudhanshu Palsule, an award-winning consultant and leadership coach, who has made a name as one of the world’s leading thinkers in the field of transformative leadership. Programmes of this nature have also been delivered at leading universities and corporates including Cambridge UK, INSEAD, MIT, Duke CE and UNICEF. 
Palsule, who teaches at Duke CE, ISB, INSEAD and Cambridge, is known to run leadership programmes across the globe. and behaviours. 
The three-day programme concluded with Palsule focused on helping senior executives develop their capacity to lead an organisation authentically, while also teaching them to develop better self-awareness and the ability to positively influence others, while becoming an inspiration to others. He also helped the participants develop their leadership power and the ability to lead change, built their trust equity and guided them on how to lead in complex and difficult times.
He helped them understand themselves better and shared insights with them on how to make better choices and take better decisions, as well as guided them on how to develop calmness and wellbeing, which are two very important traits for any successful leader.
