Speaker number three will be none other than the UK’s Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing Founding Member and Fellow Ian Ramsden, who comes with over 44 years worth of experience in the marketing industry. Ramsden will be sharing his views and experience on the topic of CRM (‘Emotional Royalty through CRM’).
