An agreement was signed between the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA), China Merchant Port Holdings (CM Port) and Access Engineering PLC for the development of a USD 400milion multi-story commercial and logistics center took place today at Ministry of Ports & Shipping, under the patronage of Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva. This is a BOI project which will greatly benefit the Sri Lankan economy and it is the first such project in Sri Lanka.
