An exhibition of vintage stamps, coins, and currency notes commenced today at the Public Library in Colombo and will be held till tomorrow (25). The Victoria Reservoir, the main reservoir of the five hydropower reservoirs, spilled over this morning. Engineers in Charge of the reservoir said four automatic spill gates opened last morning releasing the excess water into the Mahaweli Ganga.
