Marking 74th anniversary of Sri Lanka Army

A ceremony to obtain blessings on the Sri Lanka Army and its regimental flags was held at the historic Kataragama Kiri Vehera and Kataragama Devala Premises yesterday (2), to commemorate the 74th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army. The event was under Lt. Gen. Vikum Liyanage, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army.

Much needed help for children...

Educational materials such as books were handed over to children who are from low-income families and attending school (Harvard College) in Dam Street, Colombo.
