during the past better years, the police were a solution to a problem, now they are a problem to a solution.

Unless you make it compulsory to have head cam when ever a raid is done or involve with traffic violations situation these things will never stop or reduce. Also automate fine paying systems and things will get better. Also legal system needs to be updated so that time and money of people will be less affected. For example one of my friend rented a land and the person who is using the land is not leaving or paying rent and now he has gone for courts several times almost close to a month as police said they cannot solve it and now has spent over 40000 for lawyers and transport for this minor matter when these things should have strict laws that can be easily solved by police or in one court filing

Defianatlly Police person may have instructed the occupant to not to leave the land for SOMETHING.
