Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Lawyers’ Collective member Shiyan Punchihewa, in a letter addressed to Chairman Election Commission Saman Ratnayake has informed that the report issued by the government on the agreement with external commercial creditors is an attempt to influence the voters.
