Colombo, November 15 (Daily Mirror)- The National People’s Power (NPP) has surpassed five million votes so far securing a total of 5,000,296 votes in the general election.

The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) has secured a total of 1,541,116 votes while New Democratic Front (NDF) secured a total of 382, 062 votes.

Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) secured a total of 255,176 votes.

NPP has so far secured a total of 39 seats, SJB 9 seats, NDF 1 seat, SLPP 2 seats and ITAK 1 seat.
