SLPP places deposits to contest Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha election

Galle, September 6 (Daily Mirror)- The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) placed deposits at the Galle District Elections Office this morning to contest the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha elections.

SLPP General Secretary Sagara Kariyawasam and several others participated in the occassion.

Former chairman Nalin Priyadarshana and four former members of the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha are included in the list of candidates contesting the elections.
