TNA MP M. Sumanthiran congratulated NPP Presidential candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake as he closes in on victory in the 2024 Presidential Election.

"Congratulations @anuradisanayake for an impressive win, achieved without recourse to racial or religious chauvinism. Our thanks to the Tamil People in the North and East who voted for @sajithpremadasa rejecting others on #ITAK advice and showed the difference in the electoral map," the TNA MP wrote on his X account.

The TNA should have supported him from the inception. Particularly when he offered the Tamil people support and recognition. At least I hope sense will prevail and the TNA will back him at the General Election. The country needs change inside out. The Tamils need change inside out.

We are very thrilled to hear the success of AKD. He will be inducted as the 9th executive president of Srilanka by this evening. Thus AKD should be overly concerned about the north and east whilst scrutinising the number of votes being obtained by him from the districts like Jaffna Wanni Batticaloa and Trincomalli Further he has to work very closely along with the TNA in order to make the livelihood of the people uplifted

Sumanthiran, an ETTAPPAN according to Tamil Historical Story, messaged the X that Jaffnese have never voted for AKD, that reflects AKD has no obligation to please Nothern Tamils, during his tenure of at least six month until the US PLOT coming in to chase AKD, so was Gotabaya Rajapaksa shortly.

SJB blatantly accepted all the rogues jumping ship. It demonstrates nothing would have changed had they won the election. SL has to take a risk by not voting in descendants of families that have sucked our nation dry since independence.
