OVERSEAS VISITORS

Having friends visiting from overseas is always a joy, especially if they arrive at a time when you are relaxed and not inundated with work.  Apart from the initial meeting and catching up from the previous visit,  the days are followed by continuous get togethers, dining and wining.  All the while reminiscing, which is really lots of fun as well as relaxing. 

It also gets you out of your own home, particularly when they want to spend time down south, the jungles, hill country, the cultural triangle and other parts of the country with its diversity of interests.  

Given the limitations of fuel now, travelling around the country is reduced until a visitor from overseas arrives and pushes you to come along with them.

 It is equally amazing to us when travelling around the country, as we have forgotten the beauty it has to offer. The vistas are magnificent, the food is great and the people are nice.   
Travelling overseas now is prohibitive to most, owing to the cost of air tickets and the foreign exchange rate.  Now is the time to travel around the native country discovering and exploring places never seen before.  Accommodation is plenty, with a choice from a five star hotel to homestays. Many private Villas are offering affordable rates too.  It is always great to travel with friends or family and enjoy quality time. Taking advantage of the available offers and enjoying everything the country has to extend is the best way to enjoy a holiday.
