Placing attractive candles in the foyer and even a plant in summer time in front of a mirror can be a good activator of Feng Shui as they are very powerful at expanding energy and making space look larger.

You could even try placing at the Southeast and South sectors to improve your finances. Crystals are especially very effective enhancements, so intelligent use of crystals and anything which is shiny to reflect light improves the energy flow of your space.
