Wilpattu Covered!

‘Wilpattu Covered’ seems to be the notion run across German Ambassador to Sri Lanka Holger Seubert’s mind when he got off a safari jeep after handing over completed beat offices to the Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) inside the Wilpattu National Park yesterday, which was funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented by GIZ Sri Lanka.
