10th International ‘Day of Yoga’ started on Poson

The High Commission of India in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Sri Lanka, celebrated the 10th International Day of Yoga as a 10-day Yoga Mahotsav, starting yesterday, 22nd,  June, (Poson Poya). 
The Mirror will share a fascinating photo series capturing the transformative power of Yoga in the ambiance of tourist attractions for Sri Lanka.
This feature carries out a criterion for yoga enthusiasts at iconic venues, such as the Kandy Lake, Nallur Kanda Swamy Kovil Chemmani Entrance Arc, Manthiri Manai (both in Jaffna), Kurunegala, Christ Church Girls’ School, Baddegama, National Youth Corp in Wellawaya and the National Ayurveda Teaching Hospital in Borella.
