Ahas Ganga, the collection of columns written by Supun Athukorala, and the song Wasanthe Awith, penned by Dinith Uthpala Ranasinghe, were officially launched recently at the Mahaweli Centre auditorium in Colombo 7.

Prof. Sarath Wijesooriya and veteran writer Buddhadasa Galappathi shared their insights at the event. The event was compered by Saman Jayaratne. Kumudika Attanayake performed for the song Wasanthe Ewith. The music was by Dr. Rohana Weerasinghe. A large gathering of university academics, authors, artistes and media personnel were in attendance.
