Remembering Bradman (S.B.L.) Perera, beloved husband of Nirmal, wonderful father of Nilanga and Roshi, adored grandfather of Michael, Natalie, Caitlin, Jude and Gabriel, and proud great-grandfather of Ray, Bodhi and Kali.  

One year ago, we lost the most wonderful man we have ever known. His family was his pride and joy, and he gave himself to us wholly and unconditionally. There was never a doubt in any of our minds of how much he loved each of us and how proud he was of us. He was everything and more than we could have wished for in a husband, father and grandfather. His absence is felt immeasurably, and the void his passing has left cannot be filled. Although he is not with us physically, he lives on in our hearts and in our beautiful memories of him. We are grateful to God for blessing us with the gift of knowing him and learning from him.
