Nine years have passed since we bid farewell to a cherished soul, Kenneth Diaz, who met an untimely departure on this very day. On this solemn occasion, family and friends, alongside former Benedictian ruggerites, gather to reflect upon the life and legacy of a remarkable man.
Kenneth Diaz remains etched in our hearts, a beloved figure whose memory continues to inspire and warm our souls. He possessed a unique spirit that touched the lives of those fortunate enough to know him. A virtuous soul, his memory is a reminder of the good that exists in this world.  
As an alumnus of St. Benedict’s College, Kenneth made an indelible mark as an active sportsman. The rugby field bore witness to his dedication and passion for the game. He wore his alma mater’s emblem with pride and distinction, demonstrating excellence not just as an athlete but also as a true Benedictine.  

Though time may have separated us from his physical presence, Kenneth’s spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew him. His enduring legacy serves as a source of strength and solace to us all.  
As we gather to honour his memory on this 9th remembrance, let us remember the laughter, the camaraderie, and the noble qualities that defined Kenneth Diaz. His memory shall forever be a radiant light, guiding us through the darkest of days and inspiring us to be better versions of ourselves.
