‘The righteous lead blameless lives: Blessed are their children after them’-(Proverbs 20:7)
We are truly blessed to have had an earthly father like you, who showed us what our ‘Heavenly Father is like’ and taught us what it means to ‘walk with God’.
You were a man of Prayer who lived out your Faith in every way. You were devoted to God, your family and your students. Many benefited from your 55+ years of dedicated service as a teacher. You were a man of noble character whose achievements and noble deeds were unknown to most. Though educated and well-read, you were gentle, humble, wise and kind in all your words and ways. You earned your respect through honesty, integrity, high standards and hard work. You worked tirelessly to provide for your family and today we enjoy the fruit of your labour.
You gave us your best, but never expected anything in return. Our welfare, comfort and peace were your joy and satisfaction. You calmly weathered the storms of life to shelter us in every possible way. Your quiet way of accepting life without complaining and the ability to be content, will never cease to amaze us as long as we live.
When someone has been a tower of strength and given so much of himself through the years, it is a struggle to find words to say thank you. But for all the love and care you gave us and the legacy you have left behind, “THANK YOU, PRECIOUS THATHA; YOU WILL ALWAYS BE LOVED DEARLY AND MISSED GREATLY”
With heartfelt Gratitude and Appreciation
