A group of Army doctors has removed a large size kidney stone from a man, which is said to be the world’s largest and heaviest kidney stone (calculus) removed following a major operation, the Army said. The stone was removed on Thursday (1) at the Colombo Army Hospital, entering the Guinness World Records, it said.
