Anxiety caused by Corona Virus SLTB driver commits suicide

The SLTB bus driver who transports staff of the Nagoda General Hospital in Kalutara is alleged to have committed suicide. His body hanging from the rubber tree near the house was recovered by the Matugama Police.   
The victim B.V.Saradiyel was a resident of Yatiyana in Agalawatta. Testifying at the inquest, his wife stated that an individual travelling in his bus had contracted COVID-19 virus causing much anxiety to him and that he was unwilling to report for duty on the following day.  

The Nagoda Inquirer into Sudden Deaths held the inquest and returned a verdict of suicide.
