IDMNC International Campus celebrates graduation of 700 students

IDM Nations Campus International (IDMNC) hosted its annual graduation ceremony at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) yesterday under its visionary leader and Chairman IDMNC Dr. Janagan Vinayagamoorthy, where the remarkable achievements of more than 700 graduates were celebrated.   

The ceremony saw the conferment of Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Higher Diploma degrees to diverse students across various disciplines, including Law. The event was honoured by the presence of former Vice Chancellor of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura Senior Professor Sudantha Liyanage, who graced the occasion as the distinguished Chief Guest.   

Adding to the event’s prestige, guest of honour Professor Sarah Williams, Head of the School of Business and Law and Head of University Partnerships at Buckinghamshire New University, United Kingdom, As special guests, Mr. Mike McDermotte, Head of University Partnerships Buckinghamshire New University, UK, Dr. Deniz Kite, Director, Global Campuses and International Partnership, Girne American University, Prof. Sainey Faye, Deputy Head of School of Business and Law, Buckinghamshire New University, Prof. Sukhninder Paneser-Senior Lecturer in Law and Mr. Alen Clark, Chief Academic Affairs Officer of EdHat International, were present to celebrate this significant milestone in the students’ academic journeys.   

IDMNC International campus has a proud legacy as an affiliate of Buckinghamshire New University, United Kingdom, and has forged strong partnerships with renowned institutions like EdHat International. During the ceremony, the institution awarded degrees in fields such as technical education, management, teacher education and legal studies, all of which are recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka.
