Two arrested with 100 counterfeit notes of Rs. 5,000

men were arrested with 100 counterfeit currency notes of Rs. 5,000 denomination at Galserugolla in Gokarella on Tuesday, police said.

The suspects, aged 22 and 23 who were arrested during a raid conducted on a tip-off, were residents of Dehiaththakandiya and Dodangaslanda. The police also seized a car along with the suspects
