The Customer Engagement forum is organised by the ACEF TEAM and is guided by an Advisory Board who has the credentials in advanced Customer Engagement work. Some of their work has Delivered ultimate Customer Experience which led to improved customer engagement, loyalty and retention and they bring in these ideas to create a great content to our programs scheduled for India, Srilanka and GCC.
Out of the long list of brilliant entries our eminent Jury had the tough task of selecting the best. The awards were contested by Agencies, Brands and Individuals from India and Srilanka
