Ataraxia Capital Partners’ My Dentist chain announces expansion of dentistry platform



 

My Dentist clinics, the first and only Sri Lankan chain of dental practices, is expanding its footprint with the opening of its new clinics-in-hospitals with Medihelp Hospitals Piliyandala and Homagama and ESESS Healthcare Kadawatha. 


The aim of the My Dentist chain, which is backed by Ataraxia Capital Partners, is to be the best dental chain in Sri Lanka through a combination of capital and physical investment, plus improved training and expertise. In addition, its clinics are geared with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. The focus of the company is to promote overall dental hygiene best practices with upgraded equipment and elevated service to an ever growing suburban areas.


They also plan to support local dentists who need to convert their practice under the My Dentist brand name and dedicate themselves to the servicing aspects, while the management takes care of the logistical aspects of the business. The aim is to introduce uniformity and elevated standards across dental services.


My Dentist clinics have built a name for itself by establishing contemporary and welcoming practices designed to help patients feel relaxed while providing an excellent quality of care. On arrival, patients will enter a stylish reception with comfortable sofas, plasma TV and soothing music. 

 
My Dentist CEO Hasika Jayasooriya said, “We aim to create a very friendly and relaxing   environment that people actually enjoy visiting. Everything in the clinic meets, if not exceeds, the statutory requirements and we take every measure possible to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of treatment and care.” 


He added, “Our number one priority is our patients. Our new clinics will allow us to provide dental services for a further 1200 patients in the city and outskirts. We’ve invested in dental services to make it easier than before for people to get an appointment.
