In keeping with the traditions of the NationalNew Year, the team at Leo Burnett Sri Lanka, the local office of the global advertising network Leo Burnett Worldwide celebrated the joy with the agencyteam and their families. The agency’s annual Avurudu Uthsavaya titled “KohoKoho Leo Leo” were held at the Leo Burnett office in Colombo.
The celebration focused on the revival of traditional games ranging from kottapora, kana mutti, tug of war to Kanata kirikaweema and pin the eye, etc. The evening was filled with excitement and fun. The evening’s proceedings started with the lighting of the traditional oil lamp, after which the team along with the familymembers were invited to the traditional kemamesaya.
The National New Year celebration at Leo Burnett is yet another initiative at which the agency draws upon the value of human connections, thus capturing the very purpose of the global company – Human Kind.
