C.K Homes (Pvt) Ltd., the developer of City Edge Residencies apartment complex organized a project progress seminar at Galadari Hotel recently.
A number of distinguished guests from banks, financial institutions, BOI, consultants and  prospective customers participated for the event and ended with a great success.  
Also, an announcement made at the seminar that the phase 02 launch and show apartment would be arranged by end of November 2016.
C.K Homes (Pvt) Ltd. was formed as a BOI-approved company by the same directorship of C.K Group, C.J.Kuruppuge, Chairman and Managing Director and K.S Kuruppuge, Director with an intention of adding more value to the development of vertical dwellings and the business of real estate in Sri Lanka. 
With the development of Katunayake Expressway and outer circular road, the development potential of Kelaniya area has increased significantly. 
The management of C.K Homes intended to capitalize on this situation and commenced the work of City Edge Residencies on vertical scale to achieve the optimum use of the land.
