In line with the company’s focus on combining opulence with quality creations, Orient Constructions commenced construction of a flagship luxury residential complex dubbed Orient Residencies in Nugegoda with a ceremonial ground breaking event on the 25th November.
Releasing an announcement to media, Orient Residencies revealed that the residential complex will combine opulence with cost-effectiveness, quality and timely delivery in completing the project.

Expounding the unique characteristics Orient Residencies’, Ekanayake revealed that the complex will feature 6 floors and 2 penthouses, and is designed to contain 60 units consisting of two bedroom and three bedroom apartments which include floor areas ranging from 1,500 sq.ft to 1,700 sq.ft. With a significant floor area of 1,900 sqft, the penthouse will bring about a sense of abundance and luxurious comfort. Orient Residencies will feature a recreational area with a number of unique luxurious aspects such as a swimming pool, a barbeque area, a gymnasium, an area for socializing and even a capacious jogging path all set in the roof-top.
“In designing the recreational area we focused on creating an elegant living space with the aim of providing each and every client the opportunity to savour the finer things in life amidst beauty, refinement and luxury,” Ekanayake added.
He further revealed that another unique feature of Orient Residencies will be the addition of an individual parkings lot for residents’ vehicles in the double-height car park. Residents would also have the facility to obtain a second parking slot by way of elevated machinery system.

Moreover, we installed two glaze-panelled lifts on the premises one of which can accommodate 24 passengers while the other one can accommodate 15 passengers at once”, added Ekanayake.
