With just few weeks left for the much-awaited IPO of Ex-Pack Corrugated Cartons Limited, the company will host a forum for investors and analysts today (October 12) at 10 a.m. 

The event will be a virtual event over Zoom and will provide an opportunity for investors and others to obtain an in-depth understanding of the upcoming IPO, and ask any questions they may have. 

Ex-Pack is Sri Lanka’s leading manufacturer of corrugated cartons with a global presence seeks to raise Rs. 700 million through the sale of 83,333,333 ordinary voting shares at a price of Rs. 8.40 per share through its IPO, resulting in a projected market capitalization of Rs. 2.8 billion, to partially fund a new Rs. 3 billion production facility.
