IJVR Associates, one of Sri Lanka’s leading valuation and real estate consultancy companies, recently won the award for the best valuation company of the year at the South Asian Business Excellence (SABE) 2022 awards ceremony organised by the South Asian Partnership Summit (SAPS). 

IJVR Associates Chairman Indika Jayathilake, a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, accepted the award at a gala event, which was held at Pan Pacific Sonargoan, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Jayathilake has been providing valuation and real estate services to a number of public and private companies for the past 25 years. IJVR Associates also represents the state valuation panel of the Maldivian state-owned HDFC bank. IJVR Associates is the first Sri Lankan company selected as a panel valuer of a foreign bank valuation panel.
