Leader Kaijie Battery (Pvt) Ltd received Gold Award in the auto parts manufacturing - large category at the recently concluded National Industry Excellence Awards 2022 organised by the Industrial Development Board (IDB).

The awards ceremony was held under the patronage of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa as the Chief Guest at the Waters’ Edge Hotel. 

The ceremony was organised with the aim of promoting Sri Lanka industries and themed ‘Industrial revival revitalizing country’ recognizing outstanding industrialists who have contributed to the national economy. 

Dr. Shriyanthe Cooray, Chairman, Leader Battery Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd commenting on receiving the prestigious award said, “We continuously innovate and introduce new technology to provide superior products to the local market.
