My Property (Pvt.) Ltd unveiled the development of two sensational condominium projects – luxurious ‘333 Pinnacle’ in Negombo and trendy and urban ‘Elektra’ in Battaramulla, at a media conference held at Cinnamon Grand Colombo recently.
Founded in early 2015, the company is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Dwellings group, based in Australia. The company is headed by Director Theekshana Somaratna, Co-Founder and Director Navin De Silva and Director Sanjika Abeyratna.

Pinnacle Residencies is the developer for the project ‘333 Pinnacle’, Negombo, while the architecture and interior design is handled by KWA Architects. The engineering and project management consultants are Floreat Homes and My Property is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for ‘333 Pinnacle’.

“Pinnacle Residencies is a company which is very stable and diversified in nature. It is into multiple divisions of its businesses, including real estate, timber manufacturing, plantations, as well as leisure under their belt,” said My Property (Pvt.) Ltd Co-Founder and Director Navin De Silva.

KWA Architects Director Thilan Koththigoda spoke a bit about ‘333 Pinnacle’: “One thing that really came out is that Negombo is this thriving city that has all these natural beauties sitting right next to you, within the city itself. Looking at the location, what we really understood was that because of the location and the potential to experience the beach, nature, sunsets and views, we had the opportunity to create this ultra-modern luxurious apartment.”

The developer for ‘Elektra’, Battaramulla, on the other hand, is Floreat Homes, while the architecture and interior design remains with KWA Architects. The developer, Floreat Homes itself is the engineering and project management consultant and My Property remains as the exclusive sales and marketing agent.

De Silva also addressed project ‘Elektra’: “Battaramulla is a Kingdom of Kotte as we all know and we are taking it for granted. It’s very close to the city; it’s beautifully surrounded by the Diyawanna Lake and we just have to do some adjusting and this project is a clear example of that.”
