Keeping to its promises, Prime Group recently completed the handover of 63 housing units at Prime Evoke in Kadawatha. This was Prime’s 6th handover for the year 2022.

“It is very satisfying for us to close the year with another successful handover,” said Ruminda Randeniya, CEO of Prime Lands (Pvt) Ltd.

“It is in an excellent location at Kadawatha and very close to a host of shopping, restaurants, banks, schools, hospitals, bus stations, jogging paths and recreational areas. There are alsoseveral government and private institutions within walking distance. It is easily accessible and very close to the Kadawatha Interchange on the Southern Expressway with convenient connections to the existing and proposed highways.  You can choose to travel to the Bandaranaike International Airport at Katunayake either on the highway or on the normal road through Ganemulla and Ekala. Kadawatha being on the main Colombo – Kandy (A1) road is one of the best-connected towns in Sri Lanka.”
