Senok Trade Combine (Pvt.) Ltd introduced the world-class Kobelco G10 range of excavators to the Sri Lankan market recently, strengthening its position as the leader of the booming excavator market in the country. 

With a number of construction and development projects underway in the country, the timely introduction of the Kobelco G10 range gives the stakeholders in the industry a series of excavators that are high in efficiency and durability.  Senok Trade Combine Director Mikhail Selvanayagam said that Kobelco was the first brand Senok undertook to represent in Sri Lanka in 1981 and since then it has grown to great heights in strength and value; it now holds a market share of 60 percent of the excavator market.

The SK series, which has 10 models and the highly efficient hydraulic system, minimizes fuel consumption while maximizing power. According to Senok, the G10 range of models has some unique features such as where the in-line resistance and pressure loss boosts fuel efficiency by about 16 percent. 

Therefore, the electronic-control common-rail engine features high-pressure fuel injection and multiple injections with improved precision and that maximize the customers’ profitability. Kobelco Construction Machinery Vice President India Koji Nakagawa and Kobelco International (S) Ltd Managing Director Motoshi Nishioka were also present at the launch, which was held at Waters Edge recently.
