Zulfiquar is a Founding Member of University for Peace’s Commission for Peace Innovation and currently the Executive Director of Business and Investment management office of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Khalifa Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan with over 30 years of experience in Investments and management and has executed business undertakings exceeding US$ 30 billion across the world across various sectors.

Zulfiquar is also on the board of BTour chain under the Chairmanship of Prime Minister,Seoung Han of South Korea which is focused on philanthropy using blockchain technology. He is involved on various social and political initiatives and commands several important positions across Mining, Logistics, Aerospace and Defense sectors too.

Zulfiquar is the Founder of Los Angeles based Film and Entertainment production company called Cinemoi, which focuses on artificial intelligence and virtual reality. He is also an important shareholder at Encanto Potash Corporations, Toronto Stock Exchange listed entity with mining reserves worth more than US$ 150 Billion besides being an important board member of One World Business Group - Social Impact investment and development platform and has a Masters degree in International Business and hospitality from University of Cornell, USA, another Masters degree from University of Derby, UK and B.Sc. in Hospitality and Food Science from IHM, Mumbai, India. 

Dr. Arosha Fernando who is versatile in regulatory matters and business development has six University Degrees from Australia - two Bachelors degrees, three Masters degrees and a Doctorate, the only person to have such kind of highest number of academic qualifications as a Sri Lankan.

This includes Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and Bachelor of Business (B. Bus.) in Marketing as well as Bachelor of Business (B. Bus.) in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia and Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in International Business Management, Master of Project Management (MPM) and Master of Engineering major in Telecommunications Engineering (M. Eng.) from RMIT University, in Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Arosha who has 28 years of senior management experience in local and international business fields and is currently the Chairman of 5 other companies in Sri Lanka as well as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the third international airline in Sri Lanka, Fly Lankan.
