Last week’s talk of the town, the 24 hour party rocked Colombo for 24 hours, from 10 am on Saturday 26th to 10am on Sunday 27th.

The convention Centre turned a sea of purple as over 4000 people rocked all day and night as the party tempo increased with guest performances by singing sensation and party icon Umaria and the sounds of live bands Flame and Audio Squad supported by a string of Sri Lanka’s top DJs such as Upul, Jay Vibes, Missy Flame and Azmath.

Splashes of glamour and style dazzled the purple Lockdown party to introduce Sunsilk’s brand new hair shampoo,  Perfect Straight, where fashion shows by new wave designers displaying their flair were flashed on the ramp by Colombo’s top models.

Designers GihanEdiriweera, Rafaella Fernando, SherukaShanaliMahakumarage and Venya de Silva with their own fashion labels showcased designs done specifically for this party.  The fashion segments were choreographed by Tania Deen.
