NTB concludes first-ever digital corporate rally



 

The Nations Corporate Rally – the annual event for the Nation Trust Bank’s (NTB) corporate clientele which was jointly organised with the Ceylon Motor Sports Club (CMSC), was a resounding success.It was the first-ever rally in Sri Lanka using a mobile app to communicate the route and various tasks the teams had to perform in order to make their way to the checkered flag at Jetwing Blue, Negombo.

 


The rally was flagged off from the NTB office at Nawam Mawatha by Director/CEO Renuka Fernando, with over 45 teams competing representing a cross section of Sri Lanka’s blue-chip corporates.Team Anverally & Sons (Pvt.) Ltd emerged as the Nations Corporate Rally Champs with Prima Ceylon (Pvt.) Ltd and Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC becoming the first and second runners-up, respectively. Team Anverally comprised of Irfan Allang, Viran Constantine, Suranga Liyanaarachi and Supun Chandratne. The team that represented Prima Ceylon were Muditha Colombage, Lakmal Nanayakkara, Eranga Mallikarachchi and Ruwan Thusahra. Team Asiri Hospital Holdings comprised of Dr. Harsha Baranage, Wickramasiri, Niranga Wijesooriya and Samitha Premarathne.

 


The event concluded with an evening of fellowship coupled with entertainment and fun. NTB is pleased to have concluded yet another successful event i n t he bank’s corporate calendar. The opportunity to bring different individuals from various industries to promote goodwill and respect whist fostering positive networking and connections amongst customers is an important goal at NTB.
