SLT successfully launches its new business solutions



Sri Lanka Telecom as the Digital Communications Partner for Sri Lankan Business Community, launches novel products recently at SLT Digitastic Exhibition.

These novel product range is mainly recommended for hotels, restaurants, private hospitals, educational institutes, online clothing stores, real estates & FMCG companies.

SLT launched “SLT BizChat” to its business community as a chatbot solution to streamline their customer care experience. Businesses can have their very own AI based automated chatbot as the first point of communication between its customers and the business. The product offerings include various innovative components such as customized bots and interactive forms, SearchBot, InlineBot, Welcome-back Bot, Trained Bots, automatic lead routing, automated scheduling and file uploading. Online payment and add to SLT bill facility, live chat possibility, multi-language translation (Sinhala, Tamil and English), analytics, A/B testing, popular CRM direct integrations, multiple chat bots and Facebook integration are some of the additional features. It is important to note that for clients who are subscribing for a period of 12 months, SLT will be providing relevant services free of charge for 2 months.

The newly introduced “PEO TV Biz” aimed at catering the requirements of businesses 5-15 TV points are required. The service will be provided over a single SLT Fibre connection. SLT has provided the opportunity for its customers to choose this service as per their requirements on number of connections & channel preferences and for that two package options namely Joy and Bliss are available.  They also can add sport pack, movie pack or news pack according to the preferred channel lists.



Hoteliga is a cloud based hotel management system and sometimes referred as hotel Property Management System (PMS). Booking Engine, Payments Module, Invoicing Module, Housekeeping Module and Customer Relationship Management Module   are the key components of this product. As Hoteliga is a cloud based solution, no on-premise hardware is needed on the site. The facility is already integrated with Sampath Bank (Master and Visa) and the Nations Trust Bank (AMEX) payment gateways. Already integrated payment modules (eg. PayPal) and readymade integration with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB and Hotels.com are some of the other features of the product which is available with three package options.
