Accepting nominations for 2024 Presidential election begins

Colombo, August 15 (Daily Mirror) - Accepting nominations for the upcoming presidential election commenced at 9.00 a.m. today at the Election Secretariat in Rajagiriya.

Nominations will be accepted till 11.00 a.m. today at the secretariat.

Enhanced security measures and special traffic plans are currently in effect around the Election Commission and nearby areas.
