Anura ready for debate with Sajith on June 6: Nalinda Jayatissa

Colombo, May 20 (Daily Mirror)- NPP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake is ready to participate in the proposed debate with Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) leader Sajith Premadasa on June 6, NPP Executive Committee member Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said today.

He said in a statement to media that a venue, time and scope of the debate will be decided shortly with SJB MP Nalin Bandara, who was appointed by the SJB to handle the matters regarding the debate.

The SJB had proposed that the debate between the two leaders be held on June 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 while the debate between the economic experts be held on May 27, 28, 29, 30 or 31.
