Aura Lanka Chairman granted bail

Colombo, May 27 (Daily Mirror) - Aura Lanka Chairman Viranjith Thambugala who was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) was granted bail.

On May 22, the CID arrested Thambugala over alleged financial fraud of Rs. 7 million and he was remanded till today by the Colombo Magistrate's Court.

He was granted bail by Colombo Additional Magistrate Pavithra Sanjeewani Pathirana.
