Candidates can only spend Rs. 109 per voter in Presidential election

Colombo, August 19 (Daily Mirror) - The Election Commission has set Rs. 109.00 as the maximum amount a Presidential candidate can spend per voter during campaigns.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Commissioner General of Elections, Saman Sri Ratnayake said the Gazette notification in this regard will be issued tonight.
