Five suspects arrested for harassing Russian girl remanded

The five suspects who were arrested for allegedly harassing a Russian girl at Galle Face Green, Colombo, have been remanded until July 10 by the Colombo Fort Magistrate yesterday.

The Russian girl has lodged the compliant at the Fort Police Station alleging that she was harassed by a group of Sri Lankans at Galle Face Green on Sunday night.

The suspects were arrested by the Fort Police on Monday.
