Government approves renovation of 52 bungalows belonging to Wildlife Conservation

Colombo, May 28 (Daily Mirror) - Government approval was granted to renovate and improve the facilities at wildlife bungalows with the contribution of private sector organizations and parties who are interested in contributing voluntarily.

While addressing the media, Cabinet spokesman and Minister Bandula Gunawardana said there are 52 such wildlife bungalows available currently. 

These bungalows situated in wildlife reservation areas are of national value, which helps attract tourists.

He also mentioned that these activities should not contradict with the provisions of the Wildlife and Flora Ordinance.
