House of Fashions says customer started the violence

The House of Fashions in a statement today explained the assault which took place on Saturday between its staff members and a customer but failed to apologize over the incident and said it was the customer who started the violence.

Following is the statement released by the House of Fashions

This is to address on the viral videos and bad rumors which is spreading around social media against our beloved brand of House of Fashions. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to spreading of viral videos,As the senior management of the company, we would like to declarea statement regarding this incident.There has been an incident on the 21st January 2023 at our Bambalapitiya branch, wherein a customer has come and complained about his vehicle has been blocked by another vehicle in the car park. 

Immediately responding to the complaint our Bambalapitiya Branch Manager, has paged more than 4 times through our PA System. But unfortunately we came to know, the vehicle owner blocking this the customer car has parked the car in House of Fashion "parking" and gone to another location.
 
The said customer then started shouting at our Manager and Security officer in bad language and have assaulted our security in-charge.
 
The staff who was in the same area got involved to stop the customer, however unfortunately the customer has been continuously hitting the officer, wherein then the situation has got heated up. 

We feel this incident had badly impacted our goodwill with the Customers. We at House of Fashion Always make sure that we do our best to protect our customers and do the best customer service at all times.
