ICC CEO Geoff Allardice holds talks in Sri Lanka amidst ICC ban

Colombo, Jan. 10 (Daily Mirror) - Geoff Allardice, the CEO of the International Cricket Council (ICC), has arrived in Sri Lanka against the backdrop of the ICC's ban on Sri Lanka Cricket.

Allardice met with the Minister of Sports Harin Fernando today and holed a detailed discussion regarding the potential lifting of the ICC ban on Sri Lanka Cricket.

"Had the great pleasure of meeting ICC CEO Geoff Allardice , and had constructive discussion and of a way forward for SLC," Fernando posted on X.

Meanwhile, it was reported that  Allardice is also to meet President Ranil Wickremesinghe later today.
