J’pura University to reopen on September 24

Colombo , September 20 (Daily Mirror) - The Sri Jayewardenepura University, which was temporarily closed following a clash between two student groups, will resume classes on September 24. 

All students are instructed to return to their respective hostels starting from Monday, September 23. 

The university was closed at 6:00 PM on September 12 after the incident, and students were required to vacate the premises prior to that time.
